Here's how it works:

• Once an invoice or proposal has been stamped, you can easily access it, undo the final stamp, provide the reason behind this decision and make necessary revisions directly within LiftAI AMP.
• You can update details, correct errors, or add any additional information required, all while maintaining the integrity of the original stamp.
• This feature ensures that your documents remain accurate and up-to-date, even after they've been officially stamped and submitted.

Whether it's a pricing adjustment, a change in the final decision, or any other modification, you can now make these updates seamlessly within the platform. Say goodbye to the hassle of deleting and re-creating new invoices and proposals for every change!

2. Smart PDF Handling: Warning for Overwriting PDFs

Efficient document management is crucial in your lift operations. To prevent misunderstandings when attaching a new PDF to an invoice or proposal with a stale PDF, and to maintain a clear record of changes, we've implemented a smart warning system when adding a new invoice PDF from the attachment drawer.

Here's how it works:

• When you attempt to add a new PDF document from the attachment drawer you'll receive a warning. This alert will ensure that you're aware that the PDF you’re currently uploading will be marked as the official invoice or proposal.
• Additionally, when you download a stamped invoice with supporting data, the previous version of the invoice or proposal will automatically be marked as “void” and attached.  This creates a clear audit trail, showing the history of changes made to the invoice over time.

These smart PDF handling features are designed to enhance document version control.
